It is our belief that all persons, especially children and adolescents, are worthy of holistic care and a competent quality of life. Each person has personal, environmental, social, emotional and occupation-based facets that should be treated as a whole. We also value the principles of charity and preserving the dignity and privacy of the individual regardless of his/her social or economic status. Last, we uphold the rights of all children with special needs in the access of competent, highly-efficient and humanistic allied medical care and psychological services.
